Description
A rosé that primarily expresses the qualities of red wines. Seeking the luminous brilliance of chalk, the Chardonnays are selected from various crus where chalk outcrops in the Montagne de Reims, the Vallée de la Marne and the Côte des Blancs.
Bottled at the end of spring following the harvest. Aged in cellars for a minimum of 12 years. Dosage precisely adjusted to maintain the balance between freshness, fruitiness and vinosity without masking the wine’s character and purity.
