Description
Floral – Stonefruit – Mineral
Rooted in Chile’s ancient Itata Hills, Winemaker Leo Erazo crafts wines that showcase the region’s unique volcanic and granitic soils. He studied agronomy and enology in Chile before travelling globally to refine his craft, including training in biodynamic methods in California. His mission is to express this distinct terroir fully through organic viticulture and natural, low-intervention winemaking.
Here, 100% Torontel grapes undergo extended skin contact and are bottled unfined and unfiltered. This yields a beautifully textured, orange-leaning profile that marries vibrant varietal freshness with deep terroir character. On the nose, it opens with aromatic white florals, fresh peach and cantaloupe. The palate is bright and citrus-driven, supported by a chalky minerality and a savoury saline finish.
Grape: Torontel
Pair with: Lemongrass chicken, fish tacos
