Description
This property has been in the Jean-Pierre Moueix stable since 1953, and today is one of their most lusciously charming Pomerols. It is planted exclusively with Merlot vines, lying predominantly on heavy clay soils, the result being a plump, suave 2023 wine. Deep in colour, the nose shows lovely clarity of perfumed, spiced strawberries. This is a refined style of Pomerol, having supple texture and harmonious, gentle aftertaste (for drinking 2027-2035+).
