Description
Jean-Yves Perraud`s Moulin-à-Vent vines are aged between 25 and 80 years old, the result being a wine that combines bright fruitiness, excellent concentration and fine structure. Bright, ruby-purple colour, aromas are intense and perfumed, recalling floral red berries. Palate is medium bodied, with excellent flesh, purity and tight structure. This is an extremely well-made example of Moulin-à-Vent, having vitality, vigour and satisfying, fresh length.
