Description
Based in the Grand Cru Village of Aÿ, Bollinger has been creating fine, complex, richly flavoured champagne since 1829. The blend for Special Cuvée is approximately 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay and 15% Pinot Meunier, predominantly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards. The wine combines brioche, spiced red fruit and honeyed peach flavours with velvety texture and impressive depth of flavour. This is a champagne built on elegance, finesse and complexity, having a long, harmonious finish.
