Description
Under the guidance of the garden’s esteemed curator Professor Sam Brockington, juniper, cinnamon leaf, barberry, wild strawberry and baccharis magellanica were chosen to represent the South American leg of the voyage, creating a harmonious blend of past and present.
Distillery note
This transportive gin showcases a beautifully balanced blend of exotic and classic botanicals. The cinnamon leaf and juniper form a warm and spicy core, while the wild strawberry and barberry introduce intriguing, layered red fruit notes.
Baccharis Magellanica ties it all together in the form of an earthy and herbal kick, making this utterly beguiling gin unendingly complex yet perfectly harmonious. Ideal for sipping neat to appreciate its depth, in a meditative gin and tonic or any cocktail of your choice.
