Cambridge Distillery’s 2022 Autum/Winter release is another limited-run gin created by Master Distiller and Master of Wine William Lowe. Using the best locally foraged botanicals and reflecting seasonality and harvest-specific flavours, this gin encapsulates the best of the late seasons. Spice and wood notes are present and masterfully blended, extending the length and enhancing the drinking experience.
