Description
Born of a unique collaboration between Bodegas Lustau and Midleton Distillery, the Redbreast Lustau Edition is part of the Redbreast Iberian Series and represents a new way to experience Redbreast’s signature sherry character. Initially matured in traditional bourbon and sherry casks for 9 to 12 years, it is then finished for a further year in first-fill sherry butts hand-selected and seasoned with the finest Oloroso sherry from the prestigious Bodegas Lustau in Jerez, Spain.
Why You’ll Love It
The Lustau Edition is a masterclass in sherry-driven Irish whiskey. The extended Oloroso finish adds a remarkable depth of dark fruit, spice, and Spanish oak that elevates the classic Redbreast pot still character to something truly special. Winner of the Irish Whiskey Masters, Gold at the International Spirits Challenge, and a World Whiskies Awards Category Winner.
