The label on this bottling features Jon Beach, proprietor of the Fiddler’s whisky bar in Drumnadrochit. Jon is sitting in front of his favourite distillery, Port Ellen, and is looking rather sad as its been long closed and is no longer producing his favourite malt whisky. He is also holding a bag of sherbet lemons, and a chamois leather, which represents classic Port Ellen characteristics.
Only 25 bottles filled for Batch 1, bottled at 48.2% vol.
