Gently compelling with aromas of the earth and stony minerality. The taste includes red fruits, cherries, a hint of spice and creamy refreshing acidity. This is pure, elegant, restrained Cinsault. We really like the Percheron Cinsault as its a great all-rounder of a wine, that will go with a hole host of braised and roasted meat dishes like beef, lamb, beef, duck, chicken and pork.
