Melon – Grapefruit – Saline
An easy-drinking Sicilian skin-contact Catarratto – pithy fruit character with notes of ripe melon, grapefruit, sage and white flowers and very moreish saline freshness. 30% of the organic Cataratto grapes macerate on skins for three days, adding a touch of tannins. No filtration, no fining and a tiny bit of sulphur.
