The brain child of master sommelier Jacob Kocemba while working at a Michelin starred restaurant in Copenhagen.
Only the the highest quality teas are used from the best plantations and producers around the world, including the exclusive First Flush Darjeeling and Silver Needle tea.
The teas are brewed individually then blended together with a dash of grape juice as a natural sweetener and lemon juice for acidity.
Tasting Note: Complex aromas of lemongrass, citrus, green tea and apples. The taste is lively and elegant with superb minerality. Remarkable layers and green apples on the finish.
