Description
A thoroughly modern WCIPA hopped with Simcoe, Krush, Rakau and Motueka, brewed with DosKiwis from Spain. A base of 100% Pilsner malt keeps the texture lean and smooth, an ideal foundation for this ripe US and NZ hop combo. Simcoe cuts a complex figure, both herbaceous and juicy, while the tropical hues of Krush and orchard sweetness of Rakau add to the structure of the whole piece. There’s a resinous background hum, classic to the style, and a distinctive lemon twist from Motueka on the finish. You’ll get notes of sweet herbs, ripe fig and sharp citrus. Vegan friendly.
