Lemon – Apple – Chamomile
This dry Hungarian wine from the Tokaj region pours a luminous pale yellow with aromas of lemon, ripe apple, and a touch of chamomile. On the palate, it’s silky and balanced, with a refreshing acidity that makes it lively and a long finish.
A star of our inaugural Natural Wine Supper Club with Kokum restaurant, we paired this with Kokum’s amazing Samosa Chaat, Amritsari Fish and Sticky Pork Ribs.
