Description
Produced from 18 year old vines planted on granitic, schist soils, the grapes are harvested and de-stemmed before being chilled pressed and fermented in temperature controlled Stainless Steel vats. Produces a complex yet inviting citrus notes of lemon white stone fruits followed by a fresh, balanced palate and a firm body.
