Hazelburn 7 Year Old Sherry Cask Matured 2026 Release is a rich, fully triple‑distilled Campbeltown single malt that showcases the softer, unpeated side of the Springbank family while still delivering depth, sweetness and classic sherry‑cask indulgence. Matured entirely in sherry wood, it brings together layers of fruit, confectionery notes and gentle spice, creating a whisky that feels both youthful and luxuriously full‑flavoured.
The nose opens with maraschino cherries, fudge, treacle, dates and brandy butter. The palate follows with brown sugar, ginger, raisins and redcurrant jelly, all wrapped in a smooth, rounded sweetness from the sherry influence. The finish lingers with sweet sticky toffee pudding, blackcurrants, herbs and a touch of tarragon, leaving a warm, satisfying impression.
