Description
Inspired by the neighbouring harbour village of Portsoy, this richly peated single malt has been matured in sherry, bourbon and port casks, producing a full-bodied single malt balanced with a coastal influence.
Producing aromas of maritime-infused tropical fruit, port, liquorice and sea kelp, opening on the palate to rich dark chocolate charred mango and treacle with a crack of sea salt.
