Description
Ruinart Rosé is a blend of the aromatic freshness of Chardonnay (45%) and the fruitiness of Pinot Noir (43% vinified as white wine, and 12% vinified as red). Grapes from 40-50 Crus go into this wine, with reserve wines comprising up to 30% of the final blend. Pale coral-pink in the glass aromas are intense and tightly packed, with notes of rose, freshly picked red berries and nutmeg spice. Palate has refined structure and delicate roundness. This is an elegant, full bodied, precise rosé Champagne, finishing with lift and persistence.
