We’re rather excited about this single cask release from Alistair Walker and the Infrequent Flyers, similar cask management used on other drams (think Tamdhu, Tormore & Strathmill) which have all be excellent! Distilled in 2008 and matured for 16 years, a single cask release, bottled from a Pedro Ximénez sherry hogshead. 293 bottles filled at 54.4% vol, released as part of the 17th batch of Infrequent Flyers.
