Description
Corte del Golfo Greco di Tufo DOCG is a refined white wine crafted from the ancient Greco grape variety, cultivated in the volcanic soils of Tufo, Avellino. The grapes are hand-harvested and carefully selected before undergoing a gentle pressing. Fermentation and maturation take place on the lees for about one month in stainless steel tanks at controlled temperatures of 16–18°C, enhancing the wine’s complexity, texture, and aromatic intensity.
