The second wine of Doisy Vedrines boasts plenty of botrytis flavours with rich honeysuckle, pineapple, pain perdu and citrus rind. The palate is unctuous and mouthcoating, with this lovely seam of acidity and salinity that keeps this bright and focussed. Sensational value for Sauternes.
