Description
An ultimate expression of an Alsace field blend. 45% Pinot Blanc, 40% Sylvaner, 5% Riesling, 5% Gewurtztraminer, 5% Chasselas. Each varietal is vinified separately under cool, temperature conditions. Aged on fine lees in stainless steel prior to blending. Organic and Biodynamic.
Packed full of fruit with floral notes. A must try!!
