Borough Broth Company Organic Chicken Bone Broth

Description

Borough Broth Company, London, UK

crafted from free-range, 100% organic British chicken bones and pure British spring water. Made lovingly in small batches in the London kitchen the recipe boasts at least 40% bones, organic vegetables and herbs with a hint of select seasonings. Simmered slowly for 24 hours, it delivers a deeply rich, comforting umami flavour in every batch. Perfectly versatile, whether enjoyed from a mug, in a bowl of noodles, or as a stock in your favourite recipes, you’ll be amazed at how much a traditional broth can enhance your home-cooked meals. Try it in ramen, rich gravy, or to add depth to sauces.
