Description
Bollinger Special Cuvée Champagne 007 Limited Edition is a sleek, celebratory release that pays tribute to over 45 years of Bollinger’s partnership with James Bond, combining cinematic elegance with the house’s signature style.
This exclusive bottling of Bollinger’s iconic Special Cuvée is presented in a striking black collector’s box adorned with a gold gun barrel motif and Bond’s silhouette, underscored by metallic embossing and the 007 logo. The bottle itself carries the same branding, making it a must-have for fans and collectors alike. The wine is a blend of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Meunier sourced predominantly from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, with a significant portion of reserve wines aged in magnums to enhance complexity.
Winemaking
Crafted using traditional methods, the wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel and oak barrels, followed by extended ageing on lees to develop richness and finesse. Bollinger’s commitment to low dosage and long maturation ensures a balanced and expressive Champagne.

The finish is long and elegant, with a touch of minerality and refined depth.
