Description
Beak’s Fields series is a limited edition trio of beers, each showcasing a different hop variety from the latest Yakima Chief Hops harvest (go and try #2 and #3 too). The focus of this double dry-hopped pale is a single lot of Citra hops, paired with an extraordinarily expressive batch of Mosaic. Expect aromas of bergamot and lemon verbena, followed by flavours reminiscent of OJ, tangerine and Seville marmalade.
