Description
This collaboration with James from Ideal Day Family Brewery in Cornwall is comparable with a Hefeweizen in many ways, with a unique twist. It’s yeast and wheat driven, and hopped generously with English Cascade and NZ Motueka. Expect the banana and clove phenolic bite of the yeast with some citrus sharpness.
