Description
Axia is a refreshing Mastiha spirit distilled in Greece from resin of the enchantingly gnarled Mastic tree. Cultivated in groves on the ‘Snake Island’ of Chios, these trees are milked of their resin which dried, hanging like crystal teardrops before being harvested.
This is a spirit with beguiling rose aromas and crisp flavour notes of cypress and bergamot, Axia is a unique mix of centuries old tradition and provocative new ideas.
