A complex and beautiful drink from the small Island of Chios, Greece. Pearls of mastic are harvested from native trees on the island and distilled to make this herbal, fresh, slightly sweet liqueur which gives flavours of pine needles, gnocchi, imperial mint, and a touch of anise. A perfect palate cleanser after a heavy meal, keep chilled or even in the freezer.
