This single cask Aultmore was distilled in 2014 and bottled as part of Infrequent Flyers Batch 18 and is a standout expression from a distillery typically known for its delicate and fragrant Speyside character. Curated by Alistair Walker, whose reputation for astute cask selection continues to grow, this bottling exemplifies his ability to bring lesser seen distilleries to life in bold and expressive ways. This delightful expression was carefully matured in a Pedro Ximénez hogshead (Cask No. 6209) and bottled at a natural cask strength of 55.4% vol, yielding a limited outturn of 350 bottles.
