Le Blanc de Blancs is 100% Chardonnay from Grand Cru vineyards located on the Côte des Blancs – Avize, Chouilly, Cramant and Mesnil-sur-Oger. Aged for 5 years on lees, colour is bright golden-green, aromas being pure and attractive, recalling brioche, fresh almonds, lemon and white flowers. With a supple, mouth-filling texture, flavours are nuanced and complex, underpinned by striking salinity. The finish is crisp and full of finesse.
