Description
Some beer styles have seasonality at their heart, and in our world, Red IPA is the style we look forward to the most as Summer tails off into Autumn.
This beer recipe uses a blend of (mostly) classic hops, richer, sweeter, and darker malts, and a neutral yeast that allows the hops and malts to shine.
As Shadows Lengthen takes on all the classic bold and bright elements of a Red IPA., with toasted bread like malt alongside a touch of warm caramel to balance out citrus and pine from Simcoe Cryo, Citra Cryo, Columbus, and Chinook hops. Ending with a delightful resinous finish that always keeps things fresh and refined.
