The Midgie is back with a vengeance! Ardnamurchan are treating us once again with this 2025 release of ‘The Midgie’ which celebrates one of Scotland’s national treasure. A new recipe created for this second batch, crafted by combining peated and unpeated Ardnamurchan spirit matured in bourbon barrels, port barriques and sherry casks then bottled at 48% vol, unchill filtered and at natural colour. For the Midgie Batch 2, Ardnamurchan have teamed up with Arne Wern aka ‘doodlethedram’ to illustrate this beautiful label.
The first batch of the Midgie was a stinging success, we’re incredibly excited about this second instalment, as it’s sounds incredible if the tasting notes are anything to go by!
