Production
Grapes are harvested at optimal ripeness from low-yielding vines to ensure concentration and purity of flavour. After destemming, the must undergoes temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel tanks with gentle pump-overs to extract colour and structure. The wine is then aged for 10–12 months in a combination of French and American oak barrels, adding complexity and roundness to the palate.
Tasting notes
Deep garnet in colour, the nose opens with aromas of cassis, ripe blackberries, and dark cherries intertwined with hints of cedar, tobacco, and vanilla spice. The palate is full-bodied yet smooth, displaying layers of black fruit, chocolate, and toasted oak framed by fine, velvety tannins. The finish is long and elegant, marked by freshness and subtle minerality.
