Minuty Prestige Provence Rosé

Château Minuty is one of Provence’s most celebrated rosé producers, with vineyards overlooking the Gulf of Saint-Tropez. Minuty Prestige Rosé is their signature cuvée – immediately appealing and expertly balanced.

This beautiful Côtes de Provence estate was acquired by Gabriel Farnet in 1936 and totally replanted once the family had drawn breath after WW2. Such was the quality of the wines they were making that, in 1955, Château Minuty was one of only 23 estates awarded Cru Classé status.

Created over 25 years ago by Jean-Etienne and François Matton (the third generation of the family), Prestige embodies the estate’s desire to offer a great Provence rosé. Thanks to its incredible knowledge of Provençal terroirs, the Maison is able to select the finest grapes from throughout Provence, as well as selected plots from the estate, to create this harmonious rosé.

The nose is expressive and delicate, filled with soft floral notes and juicy peach aromas. The palate is a balance of soft fruit notes and saline minerality, leading to a long, savoury finish that makes Minuty Prestige an ideal pairing for seafood, especially with oysters, as well as classic Italian dishes such as spaghetti alle vongole.
