Machine-harvested fruit from 15-year-old vines, with average yields of around 15 t/ha. Soft-pressed juice is fermented in stainless steel, then undergoes tank second fermentation (Charmat method) before cold stabilisation and bottling. Crisp and delicate with peach and pear aromas. Light-bodied, fresh and lively with a clean, lingering finish.
