The estate was founded through the partnership of Pascal Prunier and his wife Christine Bonheur. Pascal Prunier established the estate in 1983 in the commune of Auxey-Duresses and later relocated to Meursault. Today, this esteemed estate spans eight hectares of vines on the Côte de Beaune. Managed sustainably by Pascal Prunier-Bonheur, the estate offers 17 appellations from plots exclusively located in the Côte de Beaune.
This white wine is distinguished by its expressive and rich bouquet, brimming with aromas of white fruits. On the palate, it showcases a striking minerality, offering a structured profile that beautifully balances creaminess with a refreshing zest.
