Comtes de Champagne is Taittinger’s prestige cuvée, made entirely from Chardonnay from the best Grand Cru vineyards in the Côte des Blancs region. It’s only produced in outstanding vintages and is aged for a minimum of eight years (18 metres underground in Taittinger’s UNESCO cellars in Reims) before being released.
The 2014 is a pure expression of Grand Cru Chardonnay – elegant and complex with citrus, creamy brioche and a fine, persistent mousse. A Champagne of exceptional finesse and ageing potential.
