Circle of Life tells the story of Waterkloof: a conventionally farmed amphitheatre of windswept vineyards with vast, untapped potential which, over ten years, has been transformed into a living, breathing, biodynamic farm that is now revealing its true self in the wines.
Tasting Note: A fine and seamless blend of 3 classic white grapes. Sauvignon Blanc aromas are prominent on the nose, with lime and prickly pear notes. A tight mineral core and creamy mid palate from the Chenin Blanc gives complexity and a persistent finish while a small proportion of Semillon adds texture and depth.
Pairing Suggestion: Try with Sashimi of Tuna, smoked potato gnocchi or red snapper.
