Description
Description
This is entirely de-stemmed and has seen around one-third new oak. The vineyard is quite flat, with iron-rich clay soils giving a ferrous feel not dissimilar to Les Rugiens in Pommard. The fruit is deep and velvety with red and black cherry and a touch of chocolate. The finish is dense and mineral, with bright acidity.
