This has a beautiful perfume of lifted black cherry along with savoury spice. There is a savoury complexity here, almost leathery, to complement the purity of the fruit. The palate is complex and lively, with very fine tannins with some pleasant grip to them along with an abundance of cherry and strawberry fruit. With 100% whole-bunch fermentation, this has a spicy, refreshing finish.
