A fresh, thirst-quenching wine for everyday drinking, distinguished by hints of spice and pepper. Drink when young to fully enjoy its fruit.
This exquisite blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah and Tempranillo – essentially a French Rhône blend with a dashing Spaniard in the mix – is given a slow 30 day fermentation followed by a year old French oak.
Tasting Note: An effusive bouquet of summer fruit flavours, such as wild strawberry, cranberry, and red cherry, while its breezy acidity calls attention to its refreshingly crisp character.
