Description
The Gimonnet family has cultivated vines in Champagne since the 18th century. The official domaine was founded in 1935, operating today as a grower. They have 28 hectares of vineyards spanning both Premier Cru and Grand Cru villages (Cuis, Cramant, Chouilly, Oger, Vertus, Aÿ, Mareuil-sur-Aÿ). They specialise in Blanc de Blancs Champagnes with a focus on terroir expression, finesse, minerality, and elegance.
Extra-Brut in style, the 2018 is the freshest of the Gimonnet line-up with notes of hazelnut & quince. Incredible length and persistence with fine bubbles.
