Description
Germar Breton’s Millésime 2014 would make a compelling addition to any cellar, for collectors or fizz fans alike.
Its long maturity delivers layered notes of lemon, brioche and ripe orchard fruit, culminating in a wine of remarkable poise and ageing potential.
Harvested exclusively in 2014, this single-vintage Chardonnay uses only the “cœur de cuvée” juice. Vinification follows méthode traditionnelle including slow pressing, stainless steel fermentation, and eight years on the lees.
Pairing Suggestions: Shellfish or fruit-based desserts
Tasting Note: Intense golden hue, fragrant lemon and brioche on the nose, and a structured palate of apricot, peach and subtle spice.
Origin: Côte des Bar, Champagne, France
Alcohol: 12.5%
