Description
Since the early 1960s, three generations of the Drouin family have been growing apples, making cider, distilling spirit and patiently ageing it to become absolutely first-class Calvados. Aged for most of its life in an ex-Calvados cask, this spirit has built complexity and softness, before the final year of ageing in an ex-Sherry barrel. The Calvados has notes of purple fruits (damsons and berries), fresh-baked patisserie and an elegant structure.
