Description
The Octave Dalmunach 2016 Scotch Whisky 70cl is an exclusive, small-batch Speyside single malt crafted by independent bottler Duncan Taylor to celebrate the 10th Anniversary of the Aberdeen Whisky Shop. Distilled in 2016 at the innovative Dalmunach Distillery, this whisky spent four years maturing in oak before receiving a three-month finish in a specially reconstructed sherry wood Octave cask, intensifying its richness and complexity. Bottled at cask strength in 2020, only 72 bottles were ever released, making this an exceptionally rare collector’s piece.

About the Dalmunach Distillery
Established in 2014 on the former site of the Imperial Distillery, Dalmunach is one of Speyside’s most modern and energy-efficient distilleries. Owned by Pernod Ricard (Chivas Brothers), it was built to supply premium malt whisky for iconic blends like Chivas Regal and Royal Salute. Despite its cutting-edge design, the distillery pays homage to its roots with architectural elements inspired by Speyside’s landscape and whisky-making heritage.
Whether you’re seeking a unique bottle to savour or a remarkable gift for a whisky connoisseur, The Octave Dalmunach 2016 is a bold and beautiful expression of Speyside craftsmanship.
