Balfour Leslie’s Brut 75cl is a classic traditional method sparkling wine that embodies the elegance and purity of English sparkling wine. Predominantly made from Chardonnay, this sparkling wine presents fresh citrus, green apple, and brioche flavours, enhanced by the aromatic and spicy character of a small percentage of Pinot Gris in the blend. Handpicked and pressed from various parcels, the blend undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks followed by full malolactic fermentation and a minimum of 12 months ageing on lees. The result is a wine with distinctive flavour, freshness, and complexity, perfect for enjoying with food.
