Cultivated using Guyot and Sylvoz methods, with 3,500 to 4,000 vines per hectare, the best Prosecco grapes are harvested to create this delightful wine. The first fermentation takes place in steel vats at a controlled temperature, followed by the Charmat method in low-temperature pressure tanks, resulting in a Prosecco that is bubbly, intense, and fruity.
