Bollinger R.D. 2008 Extra Brut Champagne 75cl is a remarkable blend of 71% Pinot Noir and 29% Chardonnay, sourced primarily from Grand Cru vineyards such as Aÿ, Verzenay, Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, and Cramant. This vintage, characterised by precision and opulence, has been aged meticulously and disgorged just before release, offering a lively and exceptionally complex profile. Fermented entirely in oak barrels, Bollinger R.D. 2008 presents enticing aromas of marzipan, stewed apricots, honey, and breadcrumbs, complemented by fresh bergamot notes.
