Kweichow Moutai uses a unique fermentation process that includes multiple rounds of fermentation and distillation over several months. The distillery’s Baijiu is aged in earthenware pots, which helps to develop its rich and complex flavour profile. The 9-Year-Old Maotaizhen Baijiu represents their expertise in ageing and blending this iconic Chinese spirit.
