Description
Notes and flavours of pine are consistent here. This is a Mezcal with finesse and concentrated flavours. It is heavily herbal with a lovely richness and earthy character, giving it weight. A persistent terpene note adds to the herbal nature, together with lavender and citrus. All this with a smoky underbelly, but it’s the citrus that you feel throughout the finish.
